Update in the Feedback Application and Disagreement Process!
We have an important update in one of our feedback processes!
If you use the presential feedback application flow, you already know that only Supervisors could sign or disagree with feedback in the system.
Now, with the new improvement, when the presential feedback feature is enabled, all roles – Monitors, Managers, and Supervisors – can sign or disagree with feedback alongside the agent, making the review process easier and ensuring greater participation in resolving discrepancies.
What changes:
- Before: Only Supervisors could apply or disagree with feedback.
- Now: Monitors, Managers, and Supervisors can also apply or disagree with feedback.
