Starting now, on the CYF operations screen, a new search interface is available with four filter options to make it easier to access information within the system.
🔍 Available Search Options
After logging in, the user can choose from the following options shown in the image below:
1. Search by Operation
- Available for users with ROOT or GENERAL MONITOR profiles.
- The system displays all available operations, allowing you to filter by name by typing in the field “Enter operation name” and clicking “Send.”
- Search is performed starting from 4 characters.
2. Search by TAG
- Allows you to locate full or partial TAGs associated with the logged-in user’s operations.
- Enter the desired TAG and click “Send.”
- Search is performed starting from 4 characters in the search box.
- The system will display the operations/groups where the TAG was found, showing next to each operation/group button the number of located TAGs highlighted in red.
⚠️ The search will only locate TAGs belonging to the logged-in user’s operation/group.
3. Search by Agents
- Find active agents by typing part or all of the name in the search field.
- Click “Send” to view the results.
- Search is performed starting from 4 characters in the search box.
- The system displays all operations/groups where the agent was found and the number of names located, shown in red.
⚠️ The search only considers agents belonging to the logged-in user’s operation/group.
4. Search by File Name
- Allows you to locate files uploaded to the system via MTools, integrations, or other processes.
- Simply type part or all of the file name and click “Send.”
- Search is performed starting from 4 characters in the search box.
- The system will display the operations/groups where the file was found and the number of located names highlighted in red.
⚠️ Important:
This option will only be available for clients who do not use MTools in any operation.
The search will only return files belonging to the logged-in user’s operation/group.

This update provides greater speed, accuracy, and convenience when searching for information within the system, allowing users to quickly find operations, TAGs, agents, or files without the need for manual navigation.
