Now you can identify by the selected period:
- Quality index
- Most errors committed by the agent
We’ve placed a new button next to the agent’s name.
For example, if we want to access, we have to go to: Calls> List all.
As long as you see the agent’s name with the icon next to it, you can click on it and go to the history page.
After clicking on the name of the agent and choosing the dates, the evaluations made by the agent will appear.
