Starting from April 10th, 2024, CYF Quality will implement a stricter user control to ensure efficient management of contracted licenses. This new system will perform periodic checks on the number of registered users in the system and compare it with the quantity of users stipulated in your contract.
If you exceed the contracted number of users, CYF Quality will not allow the addition of new users until you acquire additional licenses or deactivate existing users according to your contract terms.
For instance, if you currently have 150 registered users but only contracted 75 licenses, the feature for creating new users will be temporarily blocked until the issue is resolved.
This enhancement aims to ensure proper and transparent utilization of CYF Quality, providing more effective management of available resources and ensuring compliance with the terms of your contract.
