Continuing to inform you that we have another new feature in the system. Now in the “Evaluations by agent” report you will see the “Integration code” column. With the “Integration code” column it´s very easy to locate your agent, many times that we can have repeated names, making the search difficult. That’s´ why we develop this column in the system.
