CYF has just made the newest CYF Quality functionality available to all users: CYF AI Analyzer.
This feature was developed to further improve your customer service quality management, allowing you to stop evaluating a small sample of contacts and start evaluating a much larger number, identifying and addressing the most critical interactions.
How does the CYF AI Analyzer work?
The process is simple but powerful:
- Access the resource in the upper right corner, in the CYF Quality menu:

- Use the ‘Attach multiple files here at once’ field to attach your contact files for processing.
- It is important that you attach several contacts at the same time for better identification of the caller. We recommend that you attach more than 100 files at a time.
3. Automated analysis

- CYF AI Analyzer springs into action and scans each contact for potential issues like bad language, suspected fraud, unresolved issues, and more.
4. Alert Score Assignment

- Each contact receives an alert score from 0 to 10. A higher score indicates higher risk, allowing you to quickly identify and prioritize high-risk interactions.

Prioritize high-risk contacts
High-risk contacts are automatically flagged on the manual insert page, providing immediate information on potential problem areas so monitors can assess contacts at the same time. This functionality allows you to:
- Evaluate now: Directly address the most critical interactions as soon as they are identified.
- Skip to next– Choose to review other lower-risk contacts based on your workflow and priorities.
By prioritizing the most pressing issues, CYF AI Analyzer allows your team to focus on what really matters: solving customer problems efficiently and effectively.
Processing time
It may take up to 24 hours for scan results to be available on the system. This ensures complete and accurate processing, providing reliable information to improve your customer service operations.
